I think it would be vastly improved by removing the 8-bit effect on the right hand side of the screen. But it's you, and I trust your judgment of art entirely too much to let myself think I know better.

Digital Vibrance is what comes to mind when I see this. The way it's digitally blurred on the right (Blocks of colour shades), and then becomes sharp on the left is subtle but is very effective at bringing a digital theme to the picture. Also the fact you created such an amazingly sharp sphere in the centre (Which a lot of ppl might relate to speakers, thus sound, due to the look in terms of 2D), on a background that has little in terms of distractions (Yet still retaining great beauty) all the more brings peoples attention to the centre of the picture, the focal point, the sphere. The wave effect itself in combination to the digital blur and the crispness of the background, not only brings the thought of visual clarity and conversion from one form to the improved, but in conjunction with the sphere also brings fourth the thought of sound.

To me this is truly digital sound in form, with clarity.
